Orders received before 2:00PM PST during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM PST) will be processed that day. Orders placed after normal business hours/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Certain exclusions may apply.

All shipments require a signature for delivery.
All products are carefully packed in custom designed packaging to minimize in-transit damage. All shipments should be carefully examined upon receipt and if a product is damaged, you must document the nature and extent of the damage and immediately contact Endoscopy SuperstoreĀ®.
If concealed loss or damage is discovered, you must retain all packing materials and immediately notify Endoscopy SuperstoreĀ® requesting an inspection.
If shipments are received short, you must contactĀ Customer ServiceĀ at once.
EndoscopySuperstoreĀ® is not liable for any damages caused by, or attributable to, delays and/or non-delivery due to any cause whatsoever.
The recipient forfeits the right to any warranty and/or claim(s) if any missing and/or damaged good(s) are not reported toĀ Customer ServiceĀ within five (5) business days of delivery.
