Endoscopy Superstore® ships via UPS to the United States and automatically defaults to UPS Ground. Your preferred delivery method is offered as an option at the time of check out.

If customer has requested to provide their own shipping account, they must include this account #, zip code, and requested shipping speed in the order notes section.

Orders received before 2:00PM PST during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM PST) will be processed that day. Orders placed after normal business hours/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Certain exclusions may apply.

All shipments require a signature for delivery.

All products are carefully packed in custom designed packaging to minimize in-transit damage. All shipments should be carefully examined upon receipt and if a product is damaged, you must document the nature and extent of the damage and immediately contact Endoscopy Superstore®.

If concealed loss or damage is discovered, you must retain all packing materials and immediately notify Endoscopy Superstore® requesting an inspection.

If shipments are received short, you must contact Customer Service at once.

EndoscopySuperstore® is not liable for any damages caused by, or attributable to, delays and/or non-delivery due to any cause whatsoever.

The recipient forfeits the right to any warranty and/or claim(s) if any missing and/or damaged good(s) are not reported to Customer Service within five (5) business days of delivery.
